Try Dry!

I received the Dove dry spray deodorant from Influenster for testing and review purposes only. I got the women's and also the men's dry spray.

I was extremely excited to get this Voxbox but unfortunately was quickly disappointed. My husband likes his but I did not. It was hard to spray and there was nothing "dry" about it. I felt like my armpit was wet and so I got a piece of toilet paper and lightly dabbed it and my suspicions were correct...it was wet! 😕👎
My husband said his was dry and he didn't have any issues with his sprayer being hard to spray like mine was. I do not like to give bad reviews but in this case I have to in order to give a honest opinion. However, you may like it so I still encourage you to #trydry and see what you think! #target has it!

Johnson party of 4!!

I am 3 months overdue for this post but would like to introduce you to the newest member of our family! Connor! He was born October 1, 2015! Parker was unsure of being a big brother once Connor was born but he is starting to like it I believe! Whew! 😊
Connor looks so much like Parker except for the hair!

Sorry for the sideways picture but the top is Connor and the bottom is Parker!! Here we are at 3 months!!
Parker

Connor

Such cuties if I do say so myself! 😊😋

Parker weighed 9lbs 2oz when he was born me Connor was 8lbs 5oz, however I am pretty sure Connor weighs more than Parker did at this age! Connor enjoys mommy holding him and he LOVES when we talk! He will just coo and babble and we will copy him and he will just grin so big and sometimes you can get a laugh out of him and even laugh out in a cackle too! We are so blessed to have two wonderful boys and I hope to be able to find some spare time to share some stories as we grow!
Until next time!

Apple & Eve Voxbox

I received the Apple & Eve Voxbox complimentary from Influenster for review purposes only.

I am here to give you my personal opinion of these products. Of course I always recommend you try them for yourself to see what you think! We received three Quenchers juice boxes in flavors Razzberry Apple Splash, Fruit Punch Burst and Berrylicious Lemonade. We also received one carton of Organics juice in Orange Pineapple.

My top two favorite was the Orange Pineapple juice and the juice box of Berrylicious Lemonade. My son enjoyed the Fruit Punch burst and the Berrylicious Lemonade. He really liked all the Quenchers but those he said he liked the best.

He was not too fond of the Orange Pineapple juice but that is mainly because he is not a big pineapple fan. These juices are organic and are naturally sweet instead of having to be loaded with sugar! I will definitely buy these juices again for my family. Hubby enjoyed the Orange Pineapple juice the best too...he loves Orange juice!

I have not looked into other flavors yet but will definitely be checking them out soon! So get out there and check out some of Apple & Eve's Organic Juices!!

Pampers Cruisers Sag to Swag

I have never been one to leave my child in a wet diaper. As soon as he goes potty in his diaper we immediately change it! However there are a few times out especially out in public that we have not been able to just run to the changing table and put a fresh diaper on.
Don't you wish when those moments happen that your child's diaper would be a little more forgiving and not be so saggy bottom britches on him/her? Well you should give Pampers Cruisers a try! We have always used Huggies and I love Huggies and still do but the Pampers Cruisers are great too! They definitely proportion the absorbency throughout the diaper so that it still wears a little more evenly instead of creating one big saggy squishy blob between their legs. No one enjoys waddling like a duck!

Thanks to Pampers & Influenster I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. They sent 3 diapers and a coupon for $1.50 off more diapers and I will definitely put that coupon to use and purchase more. I can't say that I will switch to Pampers and leave Huggies to the past, but I will definitely use Pampers too! I love a good deal so instead of buying only Huggies now I can buy either Huggies OR Pampers depending on which ones are on sale at the time I need to purchase more diapers!

We are starting potty training too so I will definitely have to give Pampers Easy Ups a try and if we like them too then that gives us another option to buy along with Huggies Pull-Ups.
The only negative I have found with the Pampers Cruisers is a VERY minor knit-picky detail...My son LOVES Mickey Mouse and Jake and the Neverland Pirates. Huggies uses Disney characters on their diapers and pull-ups and my son LOVES that! He gets excited to wear his favorite characters! However, Pampers uses Sesame Street on the diapers and looks like Thomas the Train on the Easy ups. He likes Thomas the Train but we do not watch Sesame Street. It is just a personal preference and he really likes Mickey Mouse. His new favorite characters are Octonauts so hopefully the potty training will go well so we can buy him Octonauts!
Now that I have went off subject from Pampers Cruisers to favorite TV characters...my main point is Pampers Cruisers are great diapers and you should give them a try and see what you think! You just may find another favorite or alternative diaper like we did or you may find a new exclusive brand to use! Happy Sag-to-Swag Days!!

Purina One

I received a complimentary bag of Purina One cat food from Influenster for testing and review purposes! First I want to say thank you to @PurinaOne and @Influenster for giving me the chance to try the #ONEswitch ! So far the cats have loved it!

The box came with a sample bag of Chicken & Turkey flavor, informational brochure and a coupon towards the next bag of food!

Kalli was not thrilled to take a picture...she just wanted to eat!!

We started out giving it to them as a treat which Kalli devoured really quickly.

but shortly after we had to give them more because Sunshine decided he wanted some too! I don't have anymore pictures of them eating the food because they are mostly outside cats but they have loved it! They both will clean their bowls in one sitting instead of just nibbling a little here and there! I plan to use the coupon for a bigger bag and look forward to seeing any healthy results that come from making the ONE switch! Everyone's cats are different but I recommend you at least check it out and give it a try! I'm not positive but I think you can get a coupon or request a coupon on Purina'so website or if you email them they may even have a sample bag they can send you to try! I'm not saying they do...just suggesting they might if you ask! Hope your fur babies enjoy it like mine do!!

Reese's Spreads VoxBox

As I have posted before, I post reviews for Influenster and occasionally receive complimentary products for testing and review purposes. This time I received the Reese's Spreads Voxbox which came with a jar of the Reese's Spreads Chocolate Peanut Butter!!

This product is a definite must try in my opinion! I love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups so I may be a bit partial to it but this spread is wonderful!! I have paired it mostly with snack items but I have been looking on Pinterest for some ideas of recipes or ways to bake with it and I am excited to try a few! Unless something I bake is really amazing, my favorite pairing with this spread is with bananas. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of it on a banana because I was enjoying it too much to stop and take a picture! However, I do have some pictures of some of my other pairings!
Pretzels were good! Great for the salty & sweet tooth!
Marshmallows were good too but make it very rich and sweet so unless you just have a huge sweet tooth this was not a favorite!
There is a picture of some bananas from the night when I was testing it with different items!! Ooo it was sooo yummy!! :)
Pairing it with apples would have to be my second favorite! It was really good!

I have not tried it on toast yet, I am more of a jelly toast person but I have heard it is good. My husband likes peanut butter sandwiches so I thought of sending him a Reese's Spreads sandwich tomorrow when he goes fishing and let him tell me how he liked it!

The recipe I am anxious to try (requires guests so I don't have to eat it all! ;)) is Reese's Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Ball. I will share a screen shot of the recipe I found from Pinterest!
Oh and here!!! This is the link to the site with the recipe!!

Hope you have enjoyed reading about my review of Reese's Spreads Peanut Butter Chocolate!! Now go out and get you a jar!! or two!! :) Enjoy!!

Flying Fishys

I want to share fun activities that I have enjoyed with my little boy and hope you and your little one(s) have just as much fun! The first activity I want to share with you is flying fishys! I can say this was definitely a fun activity but Parker (my son) enjoyed tearing up the fish more that actually flying them or watching me fly them! Haha! So you may call this a failed activity attempt but that's only if you talk about the success of the specific activity. As for it being fun...it was very successful!!
This is what the fish look like when ready to play and also the only two left after we finished playing! Haha

This is the after effect of the flying fish and a toddler!

So excited to play!

Yes tearing up another fishy!

Teaching Parker how to fly the fish!

So here is what to do for this activity...
Items needed for activity:
Paper or even old magazine pages if you want to save paper
Scissors
Ruler
Pen/Pencil

You will want to cut the paper into strips the length of the paper but only one inch wide. Mark a line on both ends of the strips of paper about one inch from each end and cut one end halfway across the line from the bottom and the other side cut half way across the line from the top. Bend the strip to make a loop and slide the slit ends together to hook the loop closed.

Now you have created your "fish." In order to make them fly you just throw them up into the air and watch them "fly" down! Hope you enjoy flying your fish one way or...like we did...another!
